1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sale items, custom orders, or personalized apparel are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process

3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days), we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
- To exchange, follow the return process and specify your desired replacement item.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or an error occurred.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
