• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

2. Shipping Carriers

• All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service), depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.

3. Processing and Delivery Time

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
• Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected carrier:
  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically 2-5 business days after shipping.
  • UPS Ground: Typically 1-5 business days after shipping.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
